Bio
Pastor Ron grew up in Pennsylvania seeking all the good hunting and fishing places to be found in the mountains and worked in his father's tool & die shop throughout high school. He attended Upper Dublin High School near Valley Forge, and then Williamsport Area Community College achieving Associates degrees in Tool Design and Tool Making Technology. Receiving a call into holy ministry, he attended Concordia College Ann Arbor MI, achieving a business degree and the required Greek and Hebrew for seminary. Then he was accepted to attend Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne. The seminary confirmed his divine call upon graduation, and he spent a few months church planting in Kosciusko County Indiana before going to minister in Rochester, New York. His interest in missions and outreach would draw him to a church plant and campus ministry in Bowling Green Ohio, until his call to Faith in Council Bluffs.
Pastor Ron enjoys ministering to members of Faith, preaching the Word of such a great God with such a great message of grace and administering sacraments. He also loves his wife and family and raising their children. In his spare time, he enjoys the open road on his Honda ST1300. Faith has hosted motorcycle runs to raise monies for our Operation Barnabas Chapter serving military families.

Bio
Donna grew up in Papillion/Bellevue, Nebraska . She attended Bellevue West High School where she was active in the high school choir and a varsity cheerleader. She worked in the hotel / hospitality industry all through high school and while she attended Metropolitan Community College , where she received an Associates of Applied Science in Accounting . She continued her career in the hotel industry for 18 years . Working her way up the industry ladder , Donna left her career as a Front Office Manager to become a stay at home mom , eventually , to her 5 children. In January of 2014, Donna went back to college at Buena Vista University , taking online classes to get her Bachelors Degree. She focused on Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education to become a substitute teacher . She joined the Faith family in December 2016 , while completing her degree .
Donna enjoys the flexibility being at Faith provides her to still be at home with her children when needed. Donna enjoys spending quality time with her children and her extended family . In her spare time, she enjoys reading, knitting and crocheting .
